Once you've sent out cards to people, you'll want to pick up the phone and call them. Don't be surprised if few people call you up from simply sending cards. Sending cards warms people up, but it's when you call them and start talking to them when you'll start experiencing a lot of action.
When you have them on the phone, ask them if they have an internet connection. If they do, tell them that you want to show them something that is going to blow them away. Then walk them through a gift account and let them experience the system themselves. After you've walked them through a gift account, explain to them the three ways to join and ask them which type of account would be better suited to them.
