Step 4 - Follow-Up: Send out a "thank you" card and a "welcome" card. 

Let them know you care and that you use the system yourself by sending them a "thank you" card and a "welcome card." And remember to watch their progress and send them congratulatory cards as they progress and achieve important milestones.
